Connaught Battery

Connaught Battery is one of the few local military establishments that I hadn't seen first hand until this winter. Connaught was a World War I battery with cement emplacements for three 4.7-inch quick-firing guns.

Located at Ferguson's Cove, north of York Redoubt.
