I'm always looking for information
on the passage ways found beneath Downtown
Halifax. These tunnels are said to have access points scattered
throughout the downtown core as well as on Georges' Island, the restricted
access National Historic Site.
Additionally, I'm always seeking more
information on the Halifax Defence Complex. The Halifax
Defence Complex is a unique system of harbour defences, a series of
fortifications built in and around the strategic Port of Halifax from
1749 through the 19th century.
